How to document a lucrative business idea?

Uma questão interessante que vi ser levantada no LinkedIn foi a de saber como traduzir em papel uma ideia de negócio para a poder apresentar a investidores e/ou consultores. Eis a minha contribuição:

I believe in developing the business idea and testing it carefully before actually presenting it to consultants or investors.
There 3 things you need to work on, before the business idea is mature enough to go to the next level:
1 - market and value
2 - startup team
3 - heart

You need to clearly state who you're going to sell to (your market) and what value you are going to offer to those people (this is the reason why people are going to buy from you and not from your competitors). It never is easy to put this in writing. Why? Because your business idea is not mature enough. Discuss it with people you trust, understand the real value you are going to give people and when you can put it in writing... you are ready.

Who will go to war with you? When you pitch your business idea to people, they will be trying to understand and evaluate it, but they will also be looking at the startup team, starting with you. So if you don't have a clear idea of who will the key players be in the new company... think again, because it's too soon to sell the business idea.

Most of all you have to be able to convince people that you 200% commmitted to this business idea and you will give what it takes to make it successful. You will have to show you have the heart to make it work.

This is my view of this.
